Manipulation of information  Introduction To manipulate the hearts and minds of people constructs the cleanest control on the soul of a country and implicitly of its development process. Francis Fukayama underlined the importance of creating protective measures against external manipulation factors that have the necessary tools of limiting or enhancing the development process, in an unnatural rhythm. Biografie Vlad Tepes - Lupta cu Semiluna Lupta cu Semiluna           Vlad Tepes odata cu urcarea sa la tron, a mostenit anumite obligatii fata de Poarta care trebuia sa le onoreze pentru a nu intra in conflict cu turcii. Principala obligatie la aceea vreme era tributul care era atestat la 10.000 de galbeni anual si inca 500 de copii. Tributul este atestat de doua izvoare ale vremii : primul este relatarea lui I.de Promontorio intitulata Governo et Entrate dell Gran Turco, secolul XV, potrivit careia „per anno ducati 10.000”, al doilea izvor este cronica lui Ducas care in anul 6970 , (1461-1462), Mahomed al II-lea i-a cerut lui Tepes sa-i duca tributul de 10.000 de galbeni si inca 500 de copii. Aceasta suma de bani reprezenta 45 de galbeni pe fiecare sat trebuia sa plateasca , cei 10.000 de galbeni fiind valoarea a circa 222 de sate.
